CAD Drafter

  • 2D and 3D CAD experience with CATIA v.4.2.x or higher (V.5 preferred) and/or
    Unigraphics v.18 or higher
    (NX preferred), AutoCAD

  • Competency with ASME Y14.5M - 1994

  • Proficiency in general aerospace drafting standards and practices

Electrical/Automation/Controls Engineer

Summary of Position: Independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications. Assignments have clear and specified objectives and require the investigation of a limited number of variables. Performance at this level requires developmental experience in a professional position. Receives instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and possible solutions. Assistance is furnished on unusual problems and work is reviewed for application of sound professional judgment.

Performs work which involves conventional types of plans, investigations, surveys, structures, or equipment with relatively few complex features for which there are precedents. Assignments usually include one or more of the following: Equipment design and development, test of materials, preparation of specifications, process study, research investigations, report preparation, and other activities of limited scope requiring knowledge of principles and techniques commonly employed in the specific narrow area of assignments.

Qualifications needed: A background in an engineering discipline with exposure to other disciplines. Participation in several multi-discipline projects. A high level of computer skills is required

Educational or License Requirements: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in engineering from an accredited curriculum or sufficient work experience.

Fundamentals of Engineering (FE, formerly EIT) status is desired.

Experience needed:

  • Minimum 2 years experience using relay and programmable logic devices controlling machinery or processes.

  • Minimum 1 year experience with a CAD software (prefer AutoCAD)

  • Minimum 1 year experience with a Basic, C, or similar software

 

   

Manufacturing Engineer

  • BSME or equivalent preferred

  • 3D CAD experience with CATIA (V.5 preferred), and/or Unigraphics

  • Experience with aircraft manufacturing utilizing Delmia IGRIP / DPM

  • Experience with Delmia in manufacturing process concept development and pre-planning phases

  • Experience utilizing Delmia for simulation and monitoring of manufacturing processes, optimizing resources such as plants, assembly lines, workcells, humans and robots


   

Mechanical/Tooling Engineer

  • BSME or equivalent preferred

  • Thorough understanding of mechanical systems with the ability to calculate required power, forces, speeds, flows, heating or cooling, of motive devices and control systems

  • Experience with aircraft manufacturing and assembly

  • Experience in design for manufacture of tooling

  • Competency in aerospace tooling including, but not limited, to assembly and detail fabrication tooling and automated systems

  • Experience in use of finite element analysis software (ALGOR and/or NASTRAN) for design verification/validation

  • 3D CAD experience with CATIA v.4.2.x or higher, (V.5 preferred) and/or Unigraphics v.18 or higher, AutoCAD

  • Competency with ASME Y14.5M - 1994

   

   

Project Engineer

  • BSME or equivalent preferred

  • Previous project lead experience

  • Concept development and modeling expertise

  • Ability to work with customers and develop detailed product specifications

  • Experience with aircraft manufacturing and assembly

  • Experience in design for manufacture of both aerospace tooling and automation

  • 3D CAD experience with CATIA v.4.2.x or higher(V.5 preferred) and/or Unigraphics v.18 or higher, AutoCAD

  • Competency with ASME Y14.5M - 1994

   

   

Project Managers

  • Strong relative experience managing technical programs

  • Demonstrate past experience controlling scope, schedule and budget

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Strong team and customer interface abilities

  • Utilization of Project Management tools (Project schedules, Work Breakdown structures, presentation material, etc.)

  • Ability to prepare proposals and perform job estimating

  • Strong leadership abilities

   

   

Software Developer

Summary of Position: Independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard software development techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications. Assignments have clear and specified objectives and require the investigation of a limited number of variables. Performance at this level requires developmental experience in a professional position. Receives instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and possible solutions. Assistance is furnished on unusual problems and work is reviewed for application of sound professional judgment.

Performs work using standard development tools, API's and libraries. Assignments usually include one or more of the following: software design and development, de-bug and test of programs, preparation of specifications, process study, and documentation preparation.

Qualifications needed: A background in software development is required. Developer or co-developer of multiple software projects. A high level of computer skills is mandatory.

Educational or License Requirements: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in computer science from an accredited curriculum or suitable work experience.

Experience needed: At least 2 years of experience in C/C++ development, including a variety of skill-sets. One year of experience programming with Visual Studio, Code Warrior or equal is necessary. Experience making Win32 API calls and coding multi-threaded applications is desired. Experience using Visual Basic is desired.
